Dave Truxton

PRESIDENT

Before founding TLC, Dave Truxton spent over 20 years working with some of Florida’s most prominent builders, developers, and landowners, leading to the creation of some of the largest and most successful communities in the state, with over a $1B in real estate transactions and over 20,000 lots developed. His prior experience gives him extensive industry knowledge, enabling TLC to help his clients source land opportunities, secure capital financing, and oversee projects with confidence and expertise. Dave holds an Executive MBA from the University of South Florida and a B.S. in Finance from Missouri State University.

Jared Lybbert

CFO

Jared Lybbert oversees financial operations, bringing over seven years of experience in land acquisition and development. He has successfully raised more than $250 million in municipal capital through CDD bond financing and plays a key role in managing the company’s fiscal strategy and investment planning. Jared holds a B.S. in Finance and Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida and an M.S. in Finance from Florida Atlantic University.

Rob Bosarge

COO

Rob Bosarge brings more than 25 years of experience in land acquisition and development to his role overseeing daily operations. Throughout his career, he has managed budgets exceeding $1 billion and directed large-scale projects encompassing over 30,000 lots. Rob earned his degree from Arizona State University and continues to apply his extensive industry expertise to drive efficiency and strategic growth across all development initiatives.
